This website is operated by ZIMT AG, Sihlquai 131, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland ("we", "us", "our"). ZIMT AG is the data controller for all personal data processed through foodcrafters.org.

2. What data we collect and why

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are processed by Netlify over encrypted connections. We do not store email addresses on our own servers — they are held solely by Mailchimp under the terms of their DPA.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

TL;DR
We collect your email if you give it to us — we use it only to keep you in the loop about Food Crafters. We track anonymised visits with Google Analytics. We don't sell your data to anyone. You can opt out or ask us to delete everything by emailing hello@foodcrafters.org.
