Heat the oil in a pan, when hot add the garlic and chilli finely chopped, and cook for 2 minutes.
Before the garlic changes color add the tenderstem broccoli and sauté for 4-5 minutes. You might want to add a little water to help steam the broccoli and avoid burning it.
Then add the firm tofu cut into cubes (1 cm will do) together with the soy sauce and mix it all. Cook for a few more minutes (2-3) with furikake and sesame oil. Serve right away on rice or egg noodles (yes... cooked...).
