Fish Tacos with Mango-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango (Ripe)
  • 2 Avocados (Ripe)
  • 1 Lime (squeezed)
  • 300g Smoked Mackrel
  • 6 Tortillas
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • Chipotle Hot Sauce
  • 200g Cherry tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
Start by making the salsa: dice the 2 avocados and the mango in 1 cm cubes, the onion and tomatoes into 0.5 cm cubes and mix it all together. Add lime juice and the cilantro roughly chopped. Salt to taste, mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Warm the tortillas in a pan for 1-2 minutes, but make sure they don't dry out!
Step 3
Break the fish filets into pieces. Carefully check out for bones - the last thing you want is breakdance with your tongue to locate a tiny bone in a mouthful of goodness. Microwave the fish for 30 seconds.
Step 4
When the tortilla is ready, put two spoons of salsa on it, a few fish pieces, and squeeze out some hot sauce on it (ok, a lot!).
Step 5
Eat ASAP!
